Friday 4th February 2011 The Hollybush, Cradley Heath 20.30. Richard Bruce Clay’s word night at this unique independent venue where the landlord is actively engaged in the nights he promotes.

Saturday 4th June 2011 Radio Wildfire presents @ Shipston Arts Festival Radio Wildfire brings together stars of word and performance poetry for the first arts festival at Shipston-on-Stour. Poets throughout the afternoon – free. Plus an evening concert featuring Dave, Roy Mcfarlane and the excellent singer songwriter Reg Meuross. Venue: The Townsend Hall, Sheep St CV36 4AE.

Saturday 23rd July 2011 the Great West Midlands Poetry Relay (a Cultural Olympiad Open Weekend project) 18.20 hrs. Telford Services. Dave writes and delivers a poem on the theme of an alternative ‘Olympic’ event which could be hosted by location no.9 in the relay, Telford Odeon Cinema (outside) directions When all nine of the poems written for venues in the relay so far have been performed, Dave will join the other relay poets and meet up with poet no 10, Roz Goddard, for a final performance of all the day’s poems at The Pie and Ale House, Crabbery Street, Stafford, ST16 2BA at 7.30pm. Free.
